Your exchange will be administered by Tom Sarytchoff, the founder of 1031 Facilitators Inc. Tom received his accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1974 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1975. Tom operates a CPA firm in Brownsville, Texas which concentrates on tax matters.

Your exchange will remain private. 1031 Facilitators will not sell or disclose any information about you or your exchange to any party not involved in the transaction.
